Summary
The Proposal Specialist's objective is to lead/support the development of high-quality, compelling proposals. This role combines strategic thinking, project management, content development, and operational execution. The ideal candidate has strong writing and organizational skills, experience producing proposals under deadlines, and is ready to elevate the agency's brand visibility through consistent marketing efforts. This position is responsible for managing the full proposal lifecycle, while also building and owning our client's marketing business development tools—including decks, brochures, development content and others.
