WWCO Proposal Consultant (RFP) Job Description Job Title: Senior Analyst / Consultant (G2L2 / G3L1) BU & Process Name: Worldwide Commercial Ops (WWCO) – Proposal Consultant (RFP) Job Description: Provide initial drafts of RFx (RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc.) responses using the designated software (Responsive). Take a project management approach to each unique response, to track changes and delays, and ensure all stakeholders are involved throughout the process. Duties & Responsibilities: Manage version control, generating additional or revised drafts of RFx responses by merging information delivered by Product, Operations and Sales. Develop customized executive summaries and cover letters to align with sales messaging. Provide final edit by reviewing completed document to ensure consistency and accuracy in tone/voice of response.
