Role Overview

Homebased position with regional travel across Bristol, Portishead, Radstock, North Somerset, Cornwall, Wells, and Glastonbury.

37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £55,105 plus car allowance of £7,000 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the environment of homes and schemes is compliant, safe, efficient, presentable, and enjoyable for staff, residents, and visitors.
• Oversee reactive and void repairs, compliance‑related remedial works, planned investment programmes, and cyclical redecoration programmes.
• Guarantee that all statutory regulations are met for the highest level of compliance.
• Collaborate with Care Home and Retirement Living Scheme Managers and Maintenance Officers to deliver successful projects at the scheme level.
