Job Description
At SPCE Corp., we are expanding our real estate arm, Property Plus PH. We specialize in the sales and leasing of prime residential and commercial properties across Metro Manila. Whether it’s a high-rise condo in BGC or a commercial space in Quezon City, we connect clients with their ideal spaces.
We are looking for driven, charismatic, and result-oriented sales professionals to join our growing team. We accept multiple seniority levels (Junior to Senior roles) based on your experience!
What You’ll Do
- Property Matching: Source, market, and pitch prime sale and lease properties across Metro Manila.
- Client Advisory: Guide local and international clients through the entire real estate journey—from inquiries and site viewings to negotiations and closing.
