The Portfolio Administrator Assistant will provide full administrative and operational support to the Portfolio Manager or managers. The role focuses on tenant coordination, lease administration, system management (MRI), and ensuring accurate and efficient portfolio control.
Responsibilities Coordinate notices, renewals, warnings, and lease documentation. Maintain accurate tenant records. Attend to tenant complaints. Liaise with subcontractors. Lease Administration Draft new lease agreements and renewal agreements. Assist in the signing of such agreements. Load and update leases on MRI. Follow up and check FICA compliance. Process and draft amendments, addendums, and notices. MRI System Management Load new tenants on MRI. Assist with rental escalations. Assist with management and updating MRI system.
