Job Description
Role Overview
The Property Operations Assistant is accountable to the Senior Property Manager for assisting in the day‑to‑day administration of the Property Operations function for an office/industrial portfolio of properties. The role ensures all administrative and function‑specific support activities are completed on time, enabling the Operations department to achieve its goals of uninterrupted building services to tenants.
Responsibilities
- Property Operations Documentation : Drafts, distributes and tracks a variety of tenant‑related documentation such as service and construction contracts, correspondences, and maintenance/repair agreements. Ensures valid contracts are in place, renegotiated before expiry, and manages chargeback processing to A/R, certain purchases, invoice payments, POS creation in Yardi, budget preparation, year‑end reconciliation, and insurance tracking.
