A leading property management team is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, tenant relations, and financial performance of a retail property portfolio. The role focuses on increasing asset value, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional tenant service.
Minimum Requirements Education & Qualifications
Matric / Grade 12
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
Estate Agencies Affairs Board Competency Certificate – NQF Level 4 (advantageous)
Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Property Manager within the retail environment
Demonstrated experience in people management and centre operations
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting
Knowledge & Skills
Strategic and analytical thinker
Strong understanding of leases, loan documentation, and property agreements
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office; MDA exposure advantageous
