GENERAL FUNCTION: The Property Portfolio Manager (Property Manager) manages our downtown Cincinnati Fountain Square headquarters building. This high-visibility role is responsible for our owned high-rise building in support of business requirements and corporate goals and objectives. They develop, lead and administer plans, including financial, within the portfolio in support of occupancy and operational strategies. The Property Portfolio Manager (Property Manager) collaborates with, contributes to and supports strategies and initiatives that may be led by others.
