Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of a portfolio of residential properties and condominiums;
- Coordinate and oversee external service providers, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and other facility-related services;
- Act as the main point of contact for residents and property owners, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction;
- Prepare, convene, and attend condominium meetings;
- Draft meeting minutes and follow up on agreed action plans and resolutions;
