Tasks
 Managing tenant requests and property operations inquiries.
 Coordinating maintenance, repair, and construction work while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
 Reviewing operational documents (plans, specifications, contracts, bids) and validating their accuracy.
 Negotiating and analyzing supplier contracts, managing tendering processes (RFPs), and awarding contracts.
 Hiring, supervising, and overseeing technicians and subcontractors.
 Participating in the preparation of operating budgets and capital expenditures (OPEX & CAPEX).
 Monitoring and approving monthly invoices in alignment with established budgets.
 Conducting property inspections and ensuring operational follow-up.
 Contributing to the continuous improvement of property performance and long-term asset sustainability.
