**About us**:
Based in the DMV area, we are a property management company serving landlords and investors in one of the country’s largest real estate markets. Our mission is to help property owners manage their investments efficiently while providing renters a comfortable place to call home.
**Salary**: $900 - $1,100 USD (monthly) + revenue share
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Act as the main point of contact for property owners and tenants, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Manage the full lifecycle of work orders, including entry, scheduling, follow-up, and closure
- Coordinate vendor appointments and maintain effective communication to ensure timely service delivery
- Solicit and evaluate bids for special maintenance or repair projects
- Schedule property inspections and spot checks as needed
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve invoice questions and ensure accurate billing
