Property Management Accounts Exec: Cash Flow & Invoicing

Edmund Tie & Company (SEA) Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring an Accounts Executive, Property Management (East). You will perform accounting and finance functions for a group of MCST properties and report directly to the Accounts Manager.

Responsibilities include maintaining full sets of accounts, invoicing, arrears management, cash flow monitoring, co-ordination with on-site staff, bank dealings and budget preparation, plus support for AGMs/EOGMs.
