Property Maintenance Supervisor

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee technical and mechanical work across a large property or multiple properties. You will ensure interior and exterior areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and operation while achieving budgetary goals.

You will manage work orders, coordinate the make-ready process for new move-ins, set cleanliness standards, inspect staff and contractor work, maintain inventory, and prepare budgets.
