Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad and stimulating caseload of property disputes, working alongside leading individuals and contributing to a team with a first‑class reputation.
• Manage the caseload which includes, but is not limited to:
• Contentious landlord and tenant matters (acting for both landlords and tenants across residential and commercial matters).
• Boundary disputes.
• General property disputes.
• TOLATA claims.
• Professional negligence claims relating to property.
• Commercial and general litigation support when required.
