Property Delivery Lead - Acquisitions & Projects

Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities seeks a Property Delivery Manager to drive acquisitions and divestments within the Market Delivery Team. You will convert opportunities into successful projects via robust business cases, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement, leading on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will influence internal and external parties to resolve delays, ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and legal requirements, and support risk management across the portfolio.
