Property Consultant (Rental)  Location:  UAE 
Salary:  AED 4,000 – 6,000 + attractive commission structure  
Role Overview  We are looking for a motivated Property Consultant (Rental)  to drive RNPL-enabled rental transactions by advising tenants, coordinating with landlords, and closing rental deals through Client's platform. The role focuses on conversion, relationship building, and portfolio growth. 
Key Responsibilities  Educate tenants on RNPL rental options and benefits 
Support tenants in preparing and submitting RNPL eligibility documents 
Liaise with landlords to explain RNPL guarantees and payment timelines 
Promote RNPL listings and guide tenants through property selection 
Track RNPL versus standard rental conversionsClose rental deals by coordinating approvals and contract signing
