• Property condition inspections
• Annual inspections
• PTS plans
• Moisture measurements
• Thermal imaging
• Area verification measurements
• Indoor air measurements

Qualifications

• Construction industry education such as construction engineer or construction foreman
• PKM training
• Other education and language skills considered an advantage
• Normal vision, normal sense of smell, mobility, and a valid B‑driver's license
• Can be experienced professional or motivated beginner
