We’re working with a well-established property group managing nearly 700 mixed-use commercial and residential properties , with clusters in London, Brighton, Bournemouth, and beyond . Their commercial team is growing, and we’re looking for a driven professional to take ownership of a varied and rewarding portfolio.

💼 The Role
You’ll be responsible for a broad range of property management and asset management functions, including:

• Overseeing a portfolio of mixed-use and commercial properties
• Managing lettings, renewals, rent reviews, and lease events
• Handling rent collection, insurance, service charges, and maintenance
• Coordinating redevelopment and change-of-use projects
