Property Accountant for Condominium Team

Exciting full-time Property Accountant role open within our Condominium Accounting team. This position is designed to cover maternity leave with the opportunity for extended employment.
The selected candidate will be integral in managing financial tasks such as bank reconciliations, financial statement preparations, and providing financial guidance to Property Managers. If you possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, this role requires oversight of 20-25 condominiums while ensuring accurate reporting and timely processing of government remittances.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete bank reconciliations and annual budgets
• Prepare financial statements and collaborate with property managers
• Verify invoices and resolve account discrepancies
• Assemble monthly financial statement packages for stakeholders
