Are you an inspirational leader? We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage a range of community-based services in Birmingham. These include Youth Service, Community Services and Neighbourhood Network Scheme partnerships with a view to taking on other potential projects in the future as appropriate. You will be managing a highly trained and knowledgeable team of specialist Team Leaders/Service Leads and front-line employees in delivering support to individuals who are deaf, have a hearing loss or dual sensory loss, to achieve independent and fulfilled lives.
- Ensuring effective service delivery and development of community-based services.
- Producing high quality statistics and reporting.
- Leading on contract/partner meetings.
- Supporting the Business Development Team in identifying and securing new funding opportunities
