We are partnering with a leading UK-headquartered international law firm, consistently ranked among the top-tier practices for Energy, Infrastructure & Projects . With a strong ASEAN presence and growing practice, the firm is looking to add a Projects Associate to its team in Singapore.
About the role
Advising on the development, structuring and financing of complex infrastructure and energy projects across multiple jurisdictions. Strong technical grounding in project documentation is essential.
What the work involves
Drafting and negotiating the full suite of project finance documents, including construction and O&M arrangements under internationally recognised standard forms (FIDIC literacy expected).
