Job Description
Act as the central liaison between design teams, site supervision teams, contractors, and clients for all administrative project matters. Track and monitor project progress reports, timelines, submittals, RFIs, transmittals and approvals to ensure timely action and resolution. Coordinate the preparation and review of shop drawings, material submittals and related documentation with respective technical departments. Facilitate internal meetings and follow‑up on action items across various project stakeholders. Compile reports, presentations and project updates.
Document ControlManage the full lifecycle of project documentation: receipt, logging, distribution, filing, archiving and retrieval.
