The Project/Program Manager I is responsible for coordinating the WFM E-Commerce Q4 Holiday program. This role involves overseeing all aspects of Q4 holiday readiness, from pre-season planning through peak execution. The manager coordinates deadlines and responsibilities, monitors progress against key milestones, and prepares status reports for leadership regarding program key actions and risk areas.
Responsibilities
+ Own the end-to-end project plan for Q4 holiday readiness, including timeline development, milestone tracking, and deliverable management.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams and key business partners to ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
+ Lead recurring milestone check-in meetings to assess progress, identify blockers, and drive accountability across workstreams.
