Project Worker for the Homecare Programme

<p><strong><ins>Introduction to the Model</ins></strong></p> <p>Homecare has been initiated as a customised model of high-level support to promote<strong> </strong>independent living in the community for mental health service users whose tenancies or home occupation are at risk because of ongoing challenges in relation to self-neglect, hoarding and/or incapacity to maintain their home to an adequate standard. It is a collaboration with Carlow County Council, the Carlow/Kilkenny HSE Mental Health Services and the Good Shepherd Centre, Kilkenny.
