Part-time (32hrs) Project Worker (Complex Needs) in a Young Persons Supported Accommodation scheme in the Ammanford area of Carmarthenshire. You will work on a 4 week rolling rota covering days, weekends, bank holidays and sleep‑in shifts (£62.64 sleep‑in allowance).

About the Role

As a Complex Needs Project Worker your role will be to support the Manager with facilitating Young Person goal plans and will work extensively with them to advise on re‑housing options. You will make referrals to other agencies for temporary and permanent accommodation in conjunction with our resettlement team. You will liaise with Social Services, Benefits Agencies, Housing Department, Resettlement Worker, Health and Safety and other relevant agencies, on matters affecting prospective and current clients of the service.
