Project Supervisor

About the Role OCC Design & Build is looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution. You will be key in maintaining quality, safety, and progress on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers on-site
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly
• Check and manage materials, deliveries, and site resources
• Maintain proper site documentation and reports
• Ensure housekeeping and site safety standards are followed
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
