Assistant Superintendent – Commercial Construction
Job Description
This role supports Superintendents throughout all phases of commercial and industrial construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. You help coordinate schedules, subcontractors, documentation, and field activities to ensure projects run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with plans, specifications, and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities
Support Superintendents in all phases of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning through project closeout and warranty.
Assist with developing, updating, and monitoring project schedules using Microsoft Project to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
Help manage subcontractor bids, including distributing bid packages, collecting proposals, and assisting with bid evaluations and scope reviews.
