Project & Sales Operations Coordinator

Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their commercial operations team with a highly organized and proactive professional who will support customer projects from quotation through execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer projects and commercial activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, customer documentation, reports and commercial proposals.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding project status, order management and operational queries.
• Support Key Account Managers in the day-to-day management of strategic accounts.
• Coordinate internally with Operations, Production, Logistics, Quality and Finance teams to ensure project milestones are met.
