JOB DESCRIPTION Business Development & Sales Strategy - Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across key segments, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and developer accounts. - Prepare and present accurate, competitive, and comprehensive commercial documentation, including detailed quotations, tender submissions, cost sheets, and formal proposals.
Project Planning & Management - Conduct thorough site assessments and provide expert technical recommendations for specialized services (e.g., marble/stone polishing, restoration, tiling, sintered stone installation, and demolition/hacking works). - Serve as the central coordinator, collaborating closely with the Operations and Site Teams to ensure seamless project initiation, execution, rigorous timeline control, and adherence to the highest quality standards. - Expertly manage all change requests, variation orders (VOs), and scope adjustments, ensuring proper documentation, costing, and client a...
