Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Understand customers’ business needs and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- Provide pre-sales technical consultation and after-sales support to customers.
- Prepare solution proposals, quotations, and related documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, principals, and vendors.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical sales support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
