Project & Program Manager I&TD

Responsibilities

• Operationally manage I&TD’s current and upcoming projects.
• Support project teams through coordination of meetings, agenda and materials preparation, drafting of project management plan including scope, timelines, costs and risks.
• Work closely with Scientific leads, internal stakeholders and liaise external parties (partnerships, collaborators and CROs) to deliver project work to agreed scope and timelines.
• Track project progress against baseline timelines, costs and milestones and report to I&TD leadership and governance Committees.
• Be a member of the project team, proactively raising issues and working with the project team to resolve them.
• Manage operationally relevant administrative and contractual tasks (e.g. placing procurement requests, updates to contract agreements with 3rd party organisations).
