Project Planner/Scheduler – Calgary, Alberta

AtkinsRéalis is looking for a seasoned Project Planner/Scheduler to support our project managers and engineering teams in delivering design and support projects to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Review project documents and liaise with project teams to identify scope components and requirements.
• Layout the scope over the work breakdown structure as agreed with project leads and ensure alignment with the budget structure.
• Establish project schedules using industry-standard software (Primavera P6, MS Project and/or TILOS) to meet project requirements.
• Create, arrange, load, and assess schedule resources across different schedule levels, adjusting/leveling resources to meet project plans.
• Identify the critical path and near‑critical path using CPM scheduling methods, and reflect these along with other schedule assumptions.
