Job Description
:The Project Officer will be responsible for the field operations and team management under the Project Manager. The PO will ensure that MNCH activities are implemented per the DIP and KOICA regulations. They support and supervise field facilitators in the field offices to meet all indicators that are agreed with the donor. They will also engage with key partners such as BHW, Health personnel, and other stakeholders.
Specific responsibilities are as follows:
1. Lead the field operations in each field offices including implementation and encouraging teamwork in the field.
2. Under the supervision of the Project Manager, support overall project leadership and management in the field team while ensuring compliance with KOICA requirements and regulations, Government of the Philippines protocols and World Vision policies and procedures.
