Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead a portfolio of ServiceNow initiatives for an education-focused organization in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position will focus on coordinating concurrent projects that expand platform capabilities, improve reporting, and support workflow automation across departments such as finance, research, and HR. The role combines hands-on project leadership, stakeholder coordination, and delivery oversight to keep priorities aligned and implementations moving toward successful launch.
