What you will do:
As a Project Manager, you will support new product development activities through Johnson Controls’ stage-gate development process for the Chiller Product Business Unit. This role is well suited for someone who is new to project management or transitioning into project management from another function or career path. You will support and coordinate assigned project activities, sub-projects, and workstreams that help deliver products meeting cost, quality, performance, and time-to-market objectives. Working under moderate supervision, you will frequently collaborate with and assist more senior project and program team members while building capability in structured product development, cross-functional coordination, and disciplined execution. Depending on the assignment, this role may at times operate similarly to a project coordinator or a supervised project manager.
