Project Manager, Technical Projects

The Project Manager for Technical Projects is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing technical projects onboard the ship according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants, and overseeing quality control throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires an understanding of ship systems, technical engineering, and project management principles. Additionally, the Project Manager must ensure all projects comply with maritime regulations and safety standards, adapting to the dynamic environment of cruise ship operations.
