Job Description

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the profitable execution of assigned Systems Major Projects and / or Mechanical or Equipment Projects. Works with Owner and contractor sales and HVAC/BMS teams as needed to provide sales support/project resources and implement/refine SOP process with cost saving, value engineering, risk assessment etc.
Requirements:
Pre-bid cost & scope review & toll development.
Site jobs/schedule planning.
Projects Material/Progress follow up and coordination.
VO cost review.
Project Risk report and mitigation
HVAC/BMS Team development/Management ：
Project execution members manage & develop.
Assist in monitoring all HVAC/ BMS projects progress and finance figures.
SOP Implementation and improvement:
BMS project cost review & standardization tools develop
PD SOPs refine, implement and training.
Travel as required.
Other mission assigned by PD Leader.
