Project Manager (Structural)

My client is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
with a proven track record exclusively in
landed residential projects (Terrace, Semi-Detached, and Bungalow homes).
Must be well verse in structural
as all projects are
demolished and rebuild
. 5.5days week. Requirements
Direct and manage the entire construction process for landed residential projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and workmanship standards. Mentor and guide junior project engineers and coordinators to build team capability.
Oversee project budgets, assess progress claims, manage variation orders, and optimize resource allocation to safeguard project profitability. Develop and monitor detailed project schedules using MS Project. Anticipate potential risks such as weather disruptions or material shortages and implement prompt corrective actions.
