Liaising with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects
Prepare, review, and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans
Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations
Job RequirementsA Recognized professional and technical academic certificatesin Arch, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying, which is recognised either by the respective Professional Bodies, professional institutions.
Min 8 years of relevant working experience in construction /inovation works or relevant construction industries,
Knowledge of best practices in Construction Project Management
