Responsibilities
- Ensure that projects are delivered in line with identified business needs and intended outcomes, within the agreed cost, timeline, resource, and quality parameters.
- Work with the Product Manager and designers to conduct user interviews.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to facilitate sprint planning sessions, scrum meetings, and retrospectives.
- Monitor and manage the pace of development to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Conduct and support comprehensive system, user, and security testing prior to release.
- Organise user education campaigns to encourage product adoption after implementation.
- Provide product support and collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs.
