Project Manager

Job Description

• Overall in charge in planning, implementation & management of facade works sub-contract
• Manage & supervise project team members to ensure the works are executed according to plan, on schedule and within budget
• Attend to all meetings with the clients & consultants, coordination meetings, design workshop, etc to keep track of facade works sub-contract progress
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers & vendors to match project team requirements
• Close tracking & monitoring of the project works execution from planning, design development, procurement, production, delivery to site works execution
• Report to Vice. President & President
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Degree in a Construction/Building/Project Management/Engineering related field
