Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of engineers to manage projects, system setup, support, and pre‑sales
- Help the Sales team with pre‑sales work and tenders
- Work with other departments like Sales, Operations, and Finance to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Keep the team updated with project and company news
- Review team performance, set goals, and give feedback
- Prepare budgets and plans for new tools and systems
- Monitor subcontractors to make sure they meet our quality standards
- Possess minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualifications
- Possess at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Security Industry
