Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage NPI to HVM projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams.
- Drive cross‑functional coordination across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
- Support manufacturing readiness, product ramp‑up, and transition into high‑volume production.
- Prepare and present project status updates, KPIs, and executive reports to management and customers.
