Project Manager - ServiceNow

Location: Onsite (UAE) – Engagement Duration: 12 months – Engagement Type: Fixed-term programme delivery.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager and Delivery Lead to take full accountability for programme governance, milestone delivery and stakeholder management across an eight‑month ServiceNow transformation programme. The role is responsible for financial control, risk management, RAID governance and executive reporting, operating within a structured governance framework with Steering Committee oversight.

• Accountable for end‑to‑end programme governance, milestone management, financial control and risk management
• Lead weekly Programme Control Board meetings and manage all RAID items
• Manage the integrated delivery plan across parallel workstreams including ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, HRSD and SecOps
