Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of luxury residential projects from concept to handover
• Oversee design development to ensure alignment with luxury standards and brand vision
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors specializing in high‑end projects
• Control project schedules, budgets, cash flow, and risk registers
