Job Purpose
HanmiGlobal is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to join our program management and PMCM team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary PMCM team at work package level as part of a mega multi-work package land and infrastructure development program in Riyadh, delivered on behalf of a major government entity.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of a major land development and infrastructure project on behalf of the client, overseeing Developer, contractors, consultants, utility providers, and stakeholders throughout the construction and handover phases.
