Project Manager (Risk Business Operations)

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic and operational projects across the Risk business from scoping through execution and close
• Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, governance structures, RAID logs, decision trackers, and stakeholder updates
• Coordinate complex initiatives across multiple workstreams, dependencies, priorities, and operating rhythms
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and decisions early, and work with the right stakeholders to keep delivery on track
• Drive strong follow-through on actions, decisions, and deliverables, especially where ownership is shared across teams
• Act as a connective layer across the Risk business to align priorities, timelines, handoffs, and execution expectations
• Partner effectively with Product, Proposition, Data, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Customer Service, Communities, Operations, and other teams to surface and manage dependencies early
