Location: Lichfield
Salary: Circa £58,000 + Electric Company Vehicle + Hybrid Working

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established principal contractor specialising in retail and leisure fit-out and refurbishment projects.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong shopfitting background who has progressed through Site Management into Project or Contracts Management. You will be responsible for delivering multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion.
* Deliver projects valued between £100,000 and £1 million.
* Oversee programmes typically lasting 3–10 weeks.
