Project Manager – Commercial, Industrial and Multi-Residential Construction Quebec City Full-time | Permanent Salary: $80,000 to $130,000 depending on experience We are looking for someone who knows how to manage, anticipate, bring people together… and who doesn’t panic when the plan changes at the last minute (because it happens, let’s admit it). Be the project leader: mobilize teams, organize, decide (and sometimes save the situation at the last second). Manage the entire project lifecycle: from design to final delivery, with pride. Collaborate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and colleagues without ever forgetting to smile. Plan, organize, track timelines and budgets like a pro. Identify risks, anticipate them (if possible), and propose effective solutions. Manage contracts, procurement, and changes with rigor.
