Prime Property Group is looking for an experienced and practical Project Manager to join our Wellington team and help deliver a growing pipeline of commercial, hotel, residentialand civil property development projects.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with strong site management experience who also understands the wider commercial and project management side of construction delivery. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable being on site, coordinating trades, driving programmes, solving day‑to‑day construction issues, and keeping projects moving, while also managing budgets, procurement, consultants, reporting, and overall project outcomes.
